Technical Dossier ATEX 1/2005 is under the custody of the Official Laboratory Madariaga, with the certificate number LOM05ATEX0057.
The ALBERT couplings have been evaluated in accordance to the ATEX 94/9/CE directive as components of equipment from group I and category M2, and also of equipment from group II and category 2, both for gases and dusty areas, i.e. G and D, hence they cover zones 1 and 2 also 21 and 22.

These components are suitable to be mounted both on underground mining equipment and it's surface installation parts, where they are exposed to firedamps and dust. Furthermore, these equipments do function in the real working conditions as set by the manufacturer, based on a high degree of protection so as to be assembled in machinery that will be used in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 according to classification by the Directive 1999/92/CE, annex II, point B.
